Central to AHC’s success is having a great artificial playing surface. To assist with maintenance and looking ahead to its inevitable replacement, we fundraise with the ‘Astro Draw’. For just £12 per ticket per year, you are included in a monthly draw over the course of the hockey season (October to April) to win cash prizes. There are larger prizes in play for the Christmas and end-of-season draws too!
The winners of the Astro Draw for the second half of this season were as follows:
February
£100 Gordon Smith
£50 Shane Smith and Ali Boxell
March
£100 Ian Jenkins
£50 Martin Smith and Stewart Fry
April
£500 Mark Doggett (who kindly donated £100 back to the club)
£250 Jenny Tippell
£100 David Brant (who kindly donated it back to the club)

Remember: you have to be in it to win it!
Payments can be made by standing order and this form (click here for form) must be submitted to the Treasurer, Paul Stevens: treasurer@ashfordhockeyclub.co.uk
Please contact Paul if you wish to pay by cheque or cash.
Should you wish to increase the number of tickets you have (and therefore your chances of winning the big prizes), you can use the same form.

Easy Fundraising
Another way you can effortlessly help AHC is by using Easy Fundraising when you shop online. It costs you nothing and only takes a moment to set up. Then, when you visit an online shop or renew your car insurance etc, a little notification pops up in your web browser and, when you accept, a small percentage of what you pay is donated by the seller to AHC! It really is that easy – BOOM! Free money that supports your favourite hockey club!
Just follow these three easy steps. You’re reading this online so you’re already halfway there!
Quickly and easily sign up to Easy Fundraising, just click here
Shop – every time you shop online, go to Easy Fundraising first (either the website or the app, or install the widget and let your web browser remind you) and start shopping.
Fundraise – after you’ve checked out, that retailer will make a donation to AHC for no extra cost to you whatsoever!
