There are two principal ways you can support your hockey club: by giving AHC free money when you shop online at no extra cost to you (see Easy Fundraising below), and by buying tickets for our Astro Draw held monthly during hockey season when you can win cash prizes! Please read on!
The Astro Draw
Central to AHC’s success is having a great artificial playing surface. To assist with maintenance and looking ahead to its inevitable replacement, we fundraise with the ‘Astro Draw’. For just £12 per ticket per year, you are included in a monthly draw over the course of the hockey season (October to April) to win cash prizes. There are larger prizes in play for the Christmas and end-of-season draws too!

Big Help Out
Back on 8 May, AHC rallied together for The Big Help Out, a national day of volunteering to mark the coronation of His Majesty King Charles II. Members volunteered to spruce up the grounds with a range of tidying, gardening and DIY tasks, as well as re-organising our kit room.
The Club also formally planted its two Centenary Trees that morning. Positioned prominently at the front of the clubhouse, their beautiful red leaves (what else!?) greet visitors and members alike as they arrive for games.
Thank you to everyone who mucked in during The Big Help Out and/or continues to give their time voluntarily in support of AHC, from committee members to captains.
